Houston, Texas student Hanadi Abdan looks sweet until you get to tweets like “God bless Hamas” and “Inshallah they torture [an Israeli soldier] slowly & post it on YouTube so we can watch,” found by Canary Mission.
Hanadi seems to hate not just people of a certain nation, but also people of a certain religion: She first shows that she doesn’t have too strong of a grasp on history or international affairs when she says “The Holocaust was a dark time for the Jews, I admit. Very inhuman, but what the Jews are now doing to Palestinians is even worse.”
She also says “May Allah curse the Jews,” “lol let me blow up this bint [Jew] [please],” “everyone report this account. He’s a [Jew].” You know, it’s odd how often these people use the term “yahoodi” instead of “Jew.” It might be an attempt to avoid some kind of Twitter hate speech algorithm, though I wouldn’t be surprised if Twitter allows hatred of Jewish people, as long as you’re from the right side of the spectrum…that is, the left side.
And as with most lefties, Hanadi’s contempt extends to other deplorable groups, like whites: She says “I better not be seeing u racist ass white ppl smoking hookah, listening to rap music or eating any food besides plain bread & canned peas.” Ah of course not because that would be cultural appropriation. When another user posted screenshots of a girl being an ungrateful brat after receiving expensive Christmas gifts, Hanadi said “she’s white, what did y’all expect?” Can you imagine that being said about ANY other racial group?
The Lantern of Knowledge Islamic School in east London employed Haque as an administrator, reported The Guardian. He had no qualifications, but that didn’t stop him from teaching over a hundred 11 to 14-year-old kids during after school “Islamic Studies” courses. Now, these classes were a bit more…substantive…than the gender studies, queer studies, and other nonsense you’re used to hearing about. And I don’t mean substantive in the sense of practical or interesting…you see, Haque showed his students ISIS beheading videos, made them role-play attacking cops, and planned on using them to strike Big Ben, the Queen’s Guard, and dozens of other targets.
British authorities have placed 35 of Haque’s students in a long-term deradicalization program.
“Haque was a dangerous liar,” Justice Charles Haddon-Cave said. “He is intelligent, articulate and persuasive, with an easy smile. He is narcissistic and clearly enjoys the power he wields over others.” He told Haque “You have violated the Qur’an and Islam by your actions, as well as the law of all civilised people. It is hoped you will come to realise this.”
Now, I know people love to talk about punitive vs. educational justice systems and how we’re being too mean to criminals and just need to read them a book but honestly, how many of these guys are actually poor, misguided souls who just need a bit of guidance? Not everything is a social construct. When it comes to radical Islam, some people are depraved, some people are deceived, and some people are gingers.
Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has said “the Jews don’t like Farrakhan, so they call me Hitler. Well, that’s a good name. Hitler was a very great man.” This week, Democrats came under fire for their connections to the minister, but you’d think at least school would be a safe haven from Farrakhan supporters, right?
Well, Chris Blanks volunteers at and sits on the discipline committee of Waukegan Public School District in Illinois, reported The Daily Caller News Foundation. Blanks is a huge supporter of Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam. Here he is with the minister and last week he said “love, life and liberation to the honorable Minister Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam.” Then he said that a parent and teacher advocacy group that criticized him knows “absolutely nothing about this man they claim is a hater.”
Now, Farrakhan isn’t just a fan of Hitler. The minister thinks Hezbollah terrorists are freedom fighters. He’s informed us that “white people are potential humans — they haven’t evolved yet.” Farrakhan also mentioned “The Mother Wheel is a heavily armed spaceship the size of a city, which will rain destruction upon white America but save those who embrace the Nation of Islam.”
Even the Southern Poverty Law Center, which typically focuses only on right-wing extremism, has an entry for the Nation of Islam, saying the group’s “theology of innate black superiority over whites and the deeply racist, antisemitic and anti-LGBT rhetoric of its leaders have earned the NOI a prominent position in the ranks of organized hate.”
A search for “Christopher Blanks” in the Lake County, Illinois court system returns around 50 results for traffic violations, domestic battery, and controlled substance felonies. And yet this is the dude Waukegan public schools has sitting on its discipline committee deciding how children are punished. Pretty strange.
A criminal scientist polled German Muslim students and found that nearly a third of them answered yes when asked whether they could imagine fighting for Islam and risking their lives.
So the Criminological Research Institute of Lower Saxony surveyed Muslim ninth-graders in Lower Saxony, Germany and discovered that not only would nearly a third of them be willing to die violently for Islam, but over a quarter of them think Sharia law is superior to German law.
And don’t think these are some westernized Muslims saying “oh, Sharia, that sounds pretty” with no idea of what it actually entails. No, a quarter of them agreed with this specific statement: “The Islamic laws of Sharia, according to which, for example, adultery or homosexuality are severely punished, are much better than the German laws.” Nearly a fifth also agreed with the statements “it is the duty of every Muslim to fight unbelievers and spread Islam around the world” and “the threat posed to Islam by the Western world justifies Muslims defending themselves with violence.”
Eight percent agreed with ISIS trying to create an Islamic state by waging war and a little under four percent blatantly endorsed terrorism to further Islam.
