I feel like every time I turn around, there’s a Texas Antifa group inciting violence. We had the Revolutionary Student Front at UT Austin, which said “bricks belong best thrown at pig heads,” hosted self-defense classes, and targeted the mentally ill for recruitment. Then there was the Autonomous Student Network at UT Austin, which suggested, instead of Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, Law Enforcement Incineration Day.
This time, it’s a group called AnMarcos, which I think means “anarchists in San Marcos, Texas.” The group seems to be associated with or at least preoccupied with Texas State University and has taken to Twitter, posting a picture comparing Trump supporters to Nazis, both of them on the verge of getting stabbed with bayonets, according to Red Alert Politics. They also said “Today we wish to bring dishonor to the police force–something they do on their own daily, as they are nothing but the paid thugs of the ruling class. #NationalPoliceWeek #ACAB #PoliceWeek2018 #blueline #bluelivesmurder. All cops (the institution) deserve to die.”
Yes, let’s take our lesson in what is and is not honorable from Antifa. That sounds like a very good idea. And “blue lives murder”? You know that murder is an UNJUSTIFIED killing, right? When a suspect is beating the crap out of an officer or ignores instructions and reaches somewhere they’re not supposed to reach, you can’t really use that term anymore.
AnMarcos seemed to back down a little bit when asked to clarify their remarks. They said “we of course do not advocate cop killing, as it is true that some of the individuals who are underneath the badge are wonderful people.….It would be more proper to call a police officer a terrorist than many other groups that word is applied to, seeing as they lurk in our communities with the task of instilling fear into the populace and not one iota of ‘serving and protecting’ anyone except the ruling capitalist class.”
Is anyone shocked that ANARCHISTS — people who want chaos, are not only opposed to law and order, but deliberately try to misrepresent law and order as “fear” or “terrorism” to try to achieve their lunatic goals? No, the only shocking part is that this isn’t California; this is Texas.
College Paper: White DNA Is ‘An Abomination’
“Your DNA is an abomination! White is over!” This article wasn’t written by some Californian hipster. No, this article was written in the middle of Texas, the heartland of freedom, Second Amendment advocacy — pretty much everything good about America. It was, however, written by a college student who hasn’t expressed any regret and is now being endorsed by a campus Antifa group.
Rudy Martinez is the Texas State University student who wrote the article entitled “Your DNA Is An Abomination,” referring to the DNA of white people, reported The College Fix. In the piece, he says “ontologically speaking, white death will mean liberation for all.” But if Martinez was just referring to whiteness ontologically, that is, abstractly, why does he use “DNA” in the very title of the piece? Does he want to destroy the postmodernist concept of “whiteness” as some invisible but almighty system of oppression, or does he actually, as his title indicates, think the very DNA of whites is degenerate?
“When I think of all the white people I have ever encountered – whether they’ve been professors, peers, lovers, friends, police officers, et cetera – there is perhaps only a dozen I would consider ‘decent,’” writes Martinez.
While his left-wing professors likely try to cloak anti-white hatred with academic lingo, their students seem to lack that discretion. After backlash, the Texas State paper retracted Martinez’s article and fired the writer. The university president also called it “abhorrent” and “contrary to [the school’s] core values of inclusion and unity.” But even though the student explicitly admitted that he doesn’t like white people, he still had his defenders.
Three Texas State history professors said they were “deeply troubled” with the president’s condemnation of the article, writing that “rather than engaging in debate, the University has essentially shunned the student, when, it must be emphasized, the student attempted (however ineffectually) to challenge the forces of bigotry and racism that the President denounced at the beginning of the semester.”
The Campus Antifascist Network — which is endorsed by professors like George “White Genocide” Ciccariello who blamed the Las Vegas massacre on white entitlement and Johnny E. Williams who wrote “let them f***ing die” about white people — also published a statement saying it stands with Martinez.
But when it came to the piece’s title, the network said “the title of his column ‘Your DNA is an abomination,’ directed at people socially designed as white, is inconsistent with scientific understanding.”
“Race is not a biological category. It is a social idea. But getting science wrong and being racist are also not the same thing,” the network added.
They’re not the same thing. But they are both applicable to the Campus Antifa Network, which thinks race is a social idea and supports an anti-white movement.
As for Texas State, from a deranged future teacher smashing pro-life signs to hiring math professors who are proficient in social justice, it doesn’t seem like 2017 has helped the notion that even the Lone Star state can withstand the divisive and violent forces of progressivism.
Here’s to a better 2018.
Pro-Life On Campus? Prepare To Get Punched, Have Signs Kicked In, Chalk Erased
Are you a pro-life student? You might want to prepare to get punched, have your signs destroyed, and your chalk erased.
The first weekend of December marked the latest instance of left-wing intolerance to pro-life student demonstrators. Fifteen-year-old pro-life student Purity Thomas was praying and advising women in front of a Planned Parenthood when she was punched in the face, reported The Daily Caller.
If that’s not shocking enough, the police didn’t arrest this criminal. Now, Thomas knows who punched her but “she was not disclosing the identity of her assailant because the woman had just had an abortion and she wants her to heal instead of receive harassment.”
“I feel super sorry for her and I want her to know that we’re not violent, we actually care about her,” said Thomas. “Being punched was nothing compared to what those babies are feeling when they are aborted…and honestly, I would take a million punches if it saved one child.”
Texas State University student Ian Ramos kicked and punched in pro-life signs on campus. He stated the signs did not constitute free speech, which is a tad surprising for a history and government student. Ramos is pursuing a teaching certification, as of April 2017.
California State University, Fresno professor Gregory Thatcher erased pro-life chalking on campus, even after a student told him she had gotten permission to chalk in the vicinity. Thatcher will participate in First Amendment training and has to pay $17,000 for a court settlement, but Thatcher’s insurance company will be paying the fee and the professor “did not, in any way, admit to any wrongdoing.” Ramos, who destroyed the signs, received no punishment, and is unrepentant, saying he would do it again. Welcome to 21st century universities, where exercising free speech has its consequences, but prevent it, and you’ll be A-OK.
